“They are in the middle of remodeling so it’s very loud during the day. The ice machine isn’t accessible due to construction and the front desk doesn’t have access to ice AND their little store didn’t have any water. The pool is closed for construction. Non of this was conveyed to us prior to check-in.

“Cleanliness is my top priority and this hotel got top ratings for that. Our air conditioner was very noisy, which led to some interrupted sleep but it was cool and the bed comfortable. Staff was great and the price very reasonable. I’d stay again and just hope for a different room and AC.”

“Absolutely loved how well the splash part was kept up. The arcade area needs an upgrade, most 2 layer games no longer work. Breakfast was amazing for a hotel, fresh and hot. The selection was that of an expensive hotel. We will be back ”

“I don't know if they have handy capped rooms, was put on 3rd floor no elevator. But the clerk helped me to 3rd floor and offered more help. The next morning clerk also helpful. I will try to remember to book a handy capped room if available. All staff was extremely helpful to getting me up and down to 3rd floor.”
