“The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)”

“We were staying with our pet and the room that gave us was smelling awful. It was smelling like mold and the bathroom was smelling urine. Then they changed our room and told us that the dogs would cause the smell in the room. The new room was not smelly but it was not clean. The whole room was dusty, there were drinks from previous guests in the fridge. The floors were stained in the bathroom etc.. I do not understand why they think people who travel with their pet do not deserve sanitary...

“The carpeting in the room was dirty and had not been vacuumed. The toilet was plugged up in the morning and we had not really used it. We told the staff when we went downstairs for breakfast and was told that they would unclog it after we checked out (checkout time was two hours away.) I told her that was not acceptable and she came up and plunged the toilet. As she was leaving she said she splashed on the toilet seat but don't worry she wiped it off. I told her that she should have lifted...

“The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful.”

“Walking in, the smell was strong chlorine and … something else. Not sure if they were trying to “hide” other odors. We were greeted by two men. One older gentleman was “in training” by the younger one, and he was speaking non English (my guess is Pakistani). Check in took longer than it should have, but they were nice enough. “Within 10 minutes of arrival we turned the heat on and the smoke detectors started going off with no smoke in or around the room and the staff wouldn’t answer the phone and we ended up having to stay somewhere else. Extremely disappointed”
