It takes quite a bit for me to actually leave a review, so congratulations,you’ve achieved something special. First, if you’re hoping to call the front desk, prepare for a scavenger hunt. The calls appear to be outsourced somewhere in a parallel universe because whoever answers has absolutely no idea how to help with anything at the property....

“A new, small and intimate property which is close to shopping and dining. Staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend the Hotel Richemont.”

“We paid extra for a room with a balcony and we were literally placed in the corner next to the maid closet. So every morning they slam the door open(no fault of theirs it’s just the way the door opens onto their carts as they stock them). Then no balcony. Second floor yet people on street just talking, not shouting sounded as if they were in our room. I paid a lot of money and was nothing but disappointed with this property. I now see why people don’t like to stay here.”

“From the beginning of entering this property we were greeted with a very polite young man Luis and a lovely young lady Angel. Check in was so easy and the parking is located directly across the street. We arrived to celebrate 3 birthdays and upon entering our gorgeous loft we were greeted with a beautiful note from the staff wishing us a wonderful time with a sweet cold surprise in the refrigerator.
