“The coffee maker was broken. The heat in the home was unevenly distributed with the upstairs too warm and the downstairs very cold. Employees of the host violated the host's own parking regulations on three occasions. Light bulbs were burned out on both interior & exterior light fixtures. None of the downstairs furniture was comfortable! Hot water was not readily available to the primary bathroom sink unless the shower hot water had first been running a long time. The host was very responsive to...

“We absolutely loved this house! It was spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic, we walked everywhere we went. We especially enjoyed the front porch. The house had everything we needed and Tom and Hannah were the most responsive hosts we’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend staying here or at any of their homes. Thank you for hosting us! ”

“Pretty nice place overall. No complaints. We had some rowdy neighbors that insisted on staying up all night, both nights we were there. I understand it happens but I wish people had a little more self control. Nothing the host could do about it, obviously. We will try to call the host prior to our next visit to maybe find something in a better location. ”

“We really wanted to love this place. It wasn’t horrible by any means, it just could be way better with a few improvements. Pros- Host was responsive and prompt in communication. Even allowed us to check in one hour early. Also a perk that we could leave our luggage in the foyer before check in and out time to accommodate our next stop without hauling luggage all over the city. Bed is comfortable. Biggest pro is the location. It is truly in the heart of the city, we were able to walk everywhere....
