“3 night stay. Under staffed. No happy our as it was closed friday and Saturday. Bed was so uncomfortable. I think it was broken. Need to update mattresses. The bright spot was the girl at the starbucks counter was so friendly and welcoming. We visited from NY on business 3/19 to 3/22 2026”

“I forgot to put the tag on my door handle, so the housekeeper started banging on my door at 8:30am on a Saturday! Not just once, but several times so that I had to get out of bed to tell her I was still sleeping! That was incredibly rude, and I couldn't get back to sleep. Terrible. The check in guy was really nice though.”

“Room clean except for rust stain in tub. Small gym. Staff very friendly helpful. Breakfast was good. Renovations going on on the second floor so the elevator floor torn up by the equipment coming up elevator.”

“Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I love a bathroom with good lighting and the tv in the vanity mirror was fantastic to catch the morning news as we got ready!! The staff was exceptional. From check in, to drinks at the bar, to room service, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hotel Arista. ”

“Breakfast was fresh every morning. Pool needs a little tlc water was foggy. And small thing I’m used to staying at other hotels. That wasn’t here is Complementary water in the fridge, your own coffee, pot, and the cups in the bathroom to rinse your mouth other than a little hiccups the hotel was really nice.”
