“Lobby is the key feature...a few too many abandoned businesses on the street detract. Basic room was a bit plain. Chicken and biscuits delicious for breakfast but they were 20 minutes late the day we needed to depart.”

“If you need a hotel this is the place to stay. Maria was Amazing when we lost my wedding ring in the room and didn't realize until the evening and after calling she found it the next day! It was the sweetest Mother's Day gift I could not give them and Maria enough stars!!!”

“Bien ubicado, habitaciones limpias, no tiene estacionamiento y no se si por la fecha en que fui pero habían muchas fiestas en la ciudad y los que se quedaban en el hotel eran bastante ruidosos y los sonidos hasta de la calle se oyen en la habitación ”

“Made a reservation through Expedia, when I arrived at the front desk to check l in I was informed that they had no rooms available and were unwilling to look into it. The front desk associate was arrogant and showed no interest in making it right. 0 stars ”

“Hotel was great. Location is excellent! Overall, very clean and truly gracious hospitality team. The one negative was the noise from the street was really loud. I recommend you check that when booking. I was so exhausted, I didn’t think to ask after my flight was cancelled. The bed was comfortable and I still slept hard despite the noise.”

“Front desk was always so helpful and friendly! The hotel has a courtesy van to drive you around downtown Columbia. And the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!”
