3200 sf casa a charlotte (zona del torrente d'acciaio). 15 min da Charlotte Uptown! 2 miglia dalla I-485 Cabina di tronchi ma di fascia molto alta. 3 BR 3. 5 bagni. nota: le foto sono vecchie di 1 anno e la decorazione della casa è stata completata il ottenere foto aggiornate presto Al piano superiore sono grandi soffitti a volta con grande sala DR e cucina MBR è in alto. / Al piano inferiore è 2 camere da letto 2 bagno completo anche entrambi con vista sul canale principale
+++, NOTA- L'8 AGOSTO 2019 sono passato dalla prenotazione istantanea alla "prenotazione 24 ore" perché sto cercando di determinare se riesco a ottenere abbastanza prenotazioni per tenere la casa su VRBO dal 15 settembre a ottobre, novembre ecc. "VS" ottiene affittuario mensile da
Metà settembre a fine primavera 2020. mi piacerebbe fare il percorso VRBO attraverso l'autunno, ma le prenotazioni sono troppo minime, devo passare al noleggiatore mensile ... se interessati, per favore contattami +++++

    Di seguito è una grande tana con la banca della TV sul muro. e bar con angolo cottura. All'esterno c'è il ponte e il patio sottostante. Si siede su 1. 2 acri.,. nuovo grande bacino per intrattenere. (anche se l'ascensore della barca è occupato ma può parcheggiare sul lato) la casa è completamente arredata. La casa si trova a sole 2 miglia dalla 485 all'uscita 4, quindi un facile accesso ai quartieri alti di qualsiasi altra area di Charlotte. MBR è un letto KING, un BR down è regina con, e il 3 BR ha 2 SET di cuccette gemelle.(4 posti letto) Passaggi in legno duro. Centro commerciale di berewick e molti ristoranti a 1 miglio di distanza PS Im detto che la prenotazione istantanea è saggia, quindi ho "on" ma essendo 1 anno di casa vecchia se posso parlarti subito dopo la prenotazione sarebbe fantastico. ho bisogno di abituarmi a questa metodologia airbnb e vrbo, ma lo farò in tempo.

We had an amazing week. Bill has a great sense of humor and does not over or under communicate. The home is set back and we had a lot of privacy. There was something for everyone and we even ditched the plans to do Carowinds and whitewater facility to stay at the house. We enjoyed basketball, fishing, pickleball, card games, kayaking, smores on the firetable, grilling each night, the hot tub, and more! Everyone wants to go back. The sunsets were amazing. The house is close to outlets, grocery store, and some great breakfast spots.

What an amazing place, beautiful location, fun activities and oh so comfortable. View of the lake is breathtaking. The owner was on top of everything for us and responsive to every question we had. We will be renting again next year. So worth every penny, a must for a place to check out!

All of the reviews are so accurate this place is AMAZING. I honestly don’t think the pictures on the listing do this place justice and the price is so reasonable. The front yard is huge and has a pickleball court/basketball setup, giant yard for activities, fire pit, lots of space for parking. Backyard is a steep hill overlooking the lake with amazing views and a ton of space for groups to eat outside. Great dock that is easy to get a rental boat to and from with ease. The outdoor furniture is definitely on its last leg but that’s the only knock for this place. Bill is a great host. Super laid back and very communicative. Seriously if you’re weighing options just go ahead and choose this place. One of the best stays I’ve had at a VRBO.

This property was a fantastic fit for our family vacation. I cannot speak highly enough about every aspect of our stay here from the location, to the home itself, to the thoughtfulness of the host. Our family will certainly be planning another visit to this property and I encourage anybody else considering the vacation rental to book it hastily. You will not be disappointed! The photos in the listing do not do justice to this magnificent property.

This is our second stay at Sawmill and it’s our absolute favorite place to be away from home. The pictures do not do this home justice. It’s beautiful and so cozy. The home has all the appliances you could ask for. We absolutely love this place and plan to book here every summer, it’s become a family tradition and we couldn’t be more excited!

This cottage is amazing, great view , clean and spacious enough to accommodate our family of 10 , The host was very comunicative and prompt to answer any question we had. The photos don’t do this property justice! Everything was absolutely beautiful and the space is MUCH larger than it appears in the photos. We were a group of 10 from ages 2 to 70 and there was ample room for everyone. The setting is gorgeous with an awesome back deck and dock. The owner has lots of activities there for every age group to enjoy. The owner was also fantastic, quick to answer any questions we had. The location is great, lots of amenities and activities close by. Only 30 mins to downtown Charlotte but feel like you’re a lifetime away. We have stayed in many VRBOs and so often you get there and there is literally one roll of toilet paper and one dishwashing tan, Bill has the placed pretty stocked, we of course used what we had packed but it was a nice change to see that we wouldn’t have run out of toilet paper our first day there if we hadn’t! Also plenty of blankets for those cold nights! Book this cabin, you won’t regret it!

We thoroughly enjoyed this spot for some year-end quiet time and planning. This is a combo mountain cabin/ lake house. Fun decor with bears and rustic wooden beams you'd see in a cabin, but truly beautiful views and all the fun of lake house activities... Plus all that Charlotte offers close by? Perfect! Host was easy to reach. It was just two of us this stay, but it's definitely laid out for families or a group of friends. Good combo of space and privacy.

My husband, four children, and I needed somewhere to get away for a weekend before I went back to work. We found this gorgeous house and ended up getting to stay! My two oldest boys caught their first fish on real hooks (little blue gills) and my husband ended up hooking a monster! A 41 inch long flathead catfish! The home was beautiful and checking in and checking out was super simple. The owner was very helpful and had a great sense of humor! We hope to visit again in the future! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. Three couples everyone had their own room and bath. Our daughter lives close by and was able to bring her pontoon boat up to our dock. Close to everything. Harris Tetter, Outback Steakhouse and many more restaurants. Shanes Barbecue had great peach cobbler which you can take to go. We loved sitting out on the many decks. The view was beautiful.
