“The rooms were overbooked.i reserved my room two weeks ago for check in after 3 with my grandchild when I finally arrived there was no room and 3 other sets of people waiting for reserved rooms in front of us it was late my grandchild was restless and we had over a two hours wait. But mgmt was as devasted as we were and kept apologizing. It was not there fault the shift before gave up our reserved rooms. Ms Cher and her assistance did all they can to accommodate us. I would like a full refund”
