“Hotel vicino Gatwick, ok per una sola notte di passaggio ma per di più non è possibile. Il ristorante dell'albergo è temporaneamente chiuso, abbiamo dovuto ordinare da asporto per mangiare qualcosa, non c'erano neanche delle bottigliette d'acqua. All'arrivo richiesto deposito cauzionale di 50£ di cui non ero a conoscenza. Stanza familiare ampia ma troppo insalubre, muffa sulle pareti e umidità elevata. Ok parcheggio gratuito in loco e vicinanza alla fermata di un autobus. ”

“Debra and Drew were very welcoming hosts. We used The Barn as a lauch pad to visit Chartwell and Knole. Perfect choice. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We were spoilt for choice regarding local eateries. We chose The White Hart for dinner and it was top knotch. ”

“It was in such a great location! We loved the pub was downstairs and served such great food and drinks! It was nice to walk upstairs and not have to worry about driving. Free parking was nice. Breakfast was just cereal, cold croissant, and a banana but at least it was free. The room was cute but the ceiling was pretty low. “Beautiful old hotel near Gatwick (10-15 min by taxi, 23 GBP). We were upgraded to the Jane Seymour room which had a lovely back balcony over looking the pond and fountain. Beautiful grounds, you can see why it's so popular for weddings! The lounge areas and bar could be updated but were very cozy. There were many tables having afternoon tea when we arrived. We had drinks and informal dinner (good fish & chips) in the lounge and were very happy. A great place to stay if flying to or from Gatwick!...

“Well located to shops, restaurants, bus, and walking distance to the train station, but room was pretty basic. Many eateries in the area which serve when the in house catering is closed (open 10:00-3:00). Building is old, so not surprised by some minor plumbing issues. Staff friendly and helpful.”
