“AC worked well.parking was well lit. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was polite. ”

“It's one of the newer hotels in Ruston and yet my room had significant water damage to the ceiling. I'm from the area and come back 5-6 times a year. Typically staying at the Holiday Inn. Very disappointed no one has reached out to me after requesting mamager comtact me. ”

“Collin the manager was terrible and overcharged me for my room. Ive stayed here previously and never experienced this type of issue.”

“The room was filthy, the tub was even worse, and the toilet was grossed and looked like it had been used frequently. ”

“We checked in late at night and they claimed their cc machine was not working. They made us pay $100 incidental fee in cash. We had no option. In the morning they added "extra" fees to our stay and refused to give us back our entire cash deposit. Very disappointing and criminal. The room conditions were just terrible.”
