“The staff at the front desk were welcoming and eager to please. The rooms were exceptionally clean! Beds were comfy. The entire property was in tip top shape. Breakfast staff were always cleaning the area and restocking. My grandchildren and I totally enjoyed the pool. I do not have one negative comment. If you are in the Fredericksburg area, this is where you want to stay!”

The pool is beautifully landscaped and tucked into a nice private corner of the property. The rooms are spacious and the new LVP makes it feel very clean and hygienic. My three kids (20, 18, 16) and I had a surprisingly great stay for a surprisingly good price.”

“Very nice place. Close to Cracker Barrel, Panera and many other restaurants. 15 min ride to Amtrak. Continental Breakfast was not the best you only get mini muffins, coffee, eggs in a bag. Place was very clean and friendly.”

Alan, was quick to get me checked in, showed me where my room was on their map and gave me other information that i was too tired to care about. He was very pleasant, friendly and just great! The room was everything i needed. Check out was a breeze! I will definitely stay herecagain. ”
