“Staff was wonderful, especially the woman making breakfast for everyone, but the hotel needs some repairs and TLC (not staff's fault). There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. The lobby restroom was also really dirty. The prepaid breakfast was $17, but when I saw the bill before mentioning I'd paid for breakfast in advance, it was $5-6 less, which didn't seem right. “There were cigarrete burns on the bed. People were partying in the rooms. Loud, dirty, not a place to rest. If you want a place to take your friends to get drunk and play music all night, this is the place. You can tell they've put some work into fixing the place up but they need to enforce guest policies. I left and booked a room at another hotel, didn't stay even 10 minutes. I'm either asking for a refund or disputing it with my credit card company.”

“I appreciated that our lovely room had an outdoor veranda style seating area directly on the parking lot (which was very quiet & remote across from a country field). This allowed me to drove within a foot of the room entrance which was perfect for my handicapped mother who joined me since she can barely walk. Nice, relaxing stay! ”

“The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked. “My room smelled bad. Was unable to accommodate with adjoining rooms. No continental breakfast although it was advertised. The beds were comfortable at least, the pillows no so much. Overall it served its purpose as a cheap place to stay close to what we came for.”

“our ac in our first room wasn’t working so we sent maintenance to come fix it they couldn’t, so they moved us into another room that second room the shower was leaking it smelled like mildew! we were also on a very noisy floor. i’m pregnant and didn’t have good experience at all.”
