“We requested a room change on arrival as we were over looking a rusted metal roof top! Vineet spoke to reception and sorted it for us. All staff are always helpful. Yangsong, Leela, always went over and above to help. Shiva, the head of food and beverage, the deputy front desk manager who arranged our taxi, even the GM, all so approachable! Everyone had a smile on their face! Lovely place to relax ”

“Most things were really good! Great proximity to the beach and cliffside. Great rooms, nice property, good food, helpful staff. The wifi is unusable. Terrible connection, keeps dropping even in areas with good connection, makes the smart TV useless. Other minor problems: Shower gel is only enough for 1 person/1 shower, have to keep asking them to replace it. Staff woke us up in the afternoon despite a DND sign on the door. You’re able to do dinner outside overlooking the beach and had a special bakery treat for my birthday. Great selection and service at breakfast!”
