“We haven't stayed at this hotel. The room that we booked through hotels.com was already given away. The owner had no similar room left. We were offered two rooms (for a total of 4 people) instead of one familyroom (for 5 people) of which one room had no airconditioning. The owner was very shorttempered and blamed us, because, according to him, we booked too late. The owner also smoked at the reception while communicating with customers. “acces difficile au riad; Avec les bagages encore plus difficile. probleme de chambres lors de notre arrivee, avons reservé bien a l avance, mais la chambre familiale etait occupe par d autres clients. avons perdu de temps a notre arrive pour negocier pour pouvoir obtenir une chambre convenable. ”

The room was actually a small apartment on two floors, was clean and with all the necessary. The common areas were beautiful, with an amazing terrace where to have breakfast with the mountain view. ”
