“Clean Basic room at a good price-point. Breakfast was fantastic which is one of the main reasons I usually stay here when I come to Bangor. But Two serious problems: 1. Not nearly enough electrical outlets in the room. 2. Internet was 95% unusable, WIFI kept going in and out. Three different devices, laptop, tablet and phone. They moved me to a different room twice trying to rectify the problem, reset the modems and routers several times but no luck. After this they insisted that "they"...

“The property was great. We only had an issue with checking in. When we provided our credit card for incidentals my card was declined. We tried other credit cards including my husbands and they all declined. It was quite embarrassing however the women at the front desk was super helpful and figured out it was an issue with Expedia. She mentioned that when I booked the rooms through Expedia the number of people in the room that was updated from 7 to 4 became an issue and the cards wouldn’t work....

I have stayed here twice and the room I had this time was much nicer than the one I had the first time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was minimal but it is a budget hotel. “Loved that the unit came with a table for 4! Did not love the dusty baseboards and loud heat/ac unit that was too loud for us to sleep comfortably. Also did not like that the sleeping area is not separate from the kitchen area. Prefer a bathroom with the sink inside so that other people in the party are not disrupted. Wonderful staff and overall good stay but could have been better.”
