The staff were kind and spoke English, and their helpful guidance on Huangshan routes made my stay even better. Great value for the price—especially recommended for first-time visitors. “The river facing room we booked was on the 5th flr. We could hardly see the river and the lookout was from the balcony faced the top ceiling of the lobby cos the building structure was in a cascading style. The new towels were damp when we used it。Got to walk a distance to find food. Staff were helpful.”

“Management (?owner/operater) was rude and despite familiarity with 'translator' app a terrible communicator. Saving a 1* teview was the laundry and available (out of room) fridge. Perhaps it was a bad weekend...but smoking while talking at the front desk and 'cold-shoulder' vibes were annoying even considering cross-cultural differences! C'est la vie...but 'Choose your own Adventure' with this one!"”
