“Great hotel near airport. Note staff unfortunately don’t speak any English ”

“Ventilation system the smell is all over the place Smoke Smell smell is all over the place . Need recycle of freshly air pumps of fresh air obtaining the moisture and smoking smell from hotel . Some moisture was found on concrete wall of my washroom. Some Mould was found at the bath Remaining is very good service and update Furniture and lay out.”

“The hotel room with king size bed was small but very clean and new. The staff were very helpful and assisted us in contacting PRC authorities when we could not reach them because we did not have a PRC phone number. They went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable and even helped us to find a room when they were very packed knowing we had to wait for some official documents. Kudos especially to Ms Carina Chen who really made our day. ”
