“L'hotel è nuovissimo, molto bello. C'è un eccesso negli spazi che sono inutilizzati nonostante l'hotel fosse pieno. Ci sono diversi ristoranti da un buffet al tipico indiano a quello vegetariano e italiano, insomma una vasta scelta. Io consiglio il buffet ma sono certa che tutti valgano una serata in compagnia. Camere spaziose e pulitissime, la zona SPA è fantastica.”

“Good experience. I stayed for a week in a DeLuxe Room. Everything was correct (staff, cleaness, breakfast, facilities like gym room and swimming pool) but the air conditioning was unequale the general quality. Room was permanently too cold, humid and above all air quality wasn't correct. I think that they have to renew and to clean radically the air conditioning filters.”

“Brand new hotel with high end amenities. A total of 23 rooms available. We stayed in a quadraple room with one single bed and one king bed. Interior designs are top notch. The golden colour gate and golden colour elevator is matched with the hotel name. The location is very strategic. Not far from most of the key places like the US consulate, Marina beach, Temples, Shopping places, Amusement Parks etc. Breakfast was given from an outside restaurant but the quality was good. “2 night stop before flying from the airport. A nice hotel, friendly service and complementary breakfast, which is delivered to your room and resembles an airline type meal. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Good Wifi and AC. Very close to the metro (8 minute walk) and then 5 stops (15 minutes) to the airport, which is the reason I chose this hotel. If you turn right out of the hotel, that road literally has many dinning local options and snack shops, couldn't have asked for...

“To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. “The property distance from address given in advert. 51 LB road is 42k away! Had so many lies told me at this property it was unreal, i hadn't paid and had to pay again. They have 2 hotels both exactly the same at 2 locations that's why photos are the same. The hotel was completely booked the next day, which it wasn't as i booked again then to be told i could only have a different room at 3x money, i had to pay it as was so tired after arguing the day before and 42k in India can take 2 hours in...
