“L'hotel è nuovissimo, molto bello. C'è un eccesso negli spazi che sono inutilizzati nonostante l'hotel fosse pieno. Ci sono diversi ristoranti da un buffet al tipico indiano a quello vegetariano e italiano, insomma una vasta scelta. Io consiglio il buffet ma sono certa che tutti valgano una serata in compagnia.
Camere spaziose e pulitissime, la zona SPA è fantastica.”

“Good experience. I stayed for a week in a DeLuxe Room. Everything was correct (staff, cleaness, breakfast, facilities like gym room and swimming pool) but the air conditioning was unequale the general quality.
Room was permanently too cold, humid and above all air quality wasn't correct.
I think that they have to renew and to clean radically the air conditioning filters.”

“The hotel is absolute chaos and stay away from it. We had a 15 hours flight and they did not let us in with our Hotels.com booking. The explanation is rooms were fully booked and they did not receive the itinerary. Surprisingly they have rooms available for us to buy them at hotel. We don’t understand why they don’t sort our original booking. The rooms and toilets are appalling. The Air conditioner did not work properly. We did not found one thing that worked as per description. So disappointed.”

“Not that comfy in staying. Lot of mosquitoes in the room with no mosquito repellent. Linen not at all good. Towel supplied is of ages and with holes. Linen and towels to be replaced. No restaurant attached. With a small pantry like thing supplied coffee only in the morning and one item of breakfast (Upma) supplied.
