“My friends and I didn't like the way we were treated upon check-in. Rooms were small. In a downtown part of town. Picture isn't truthful. Bar connected. We were afraid of local clientele. Ended up goi g to another Hotel. Came back for luggage. Never got a refund.”

“The booking for this property was done by my daughter in the U.S on my behalf. It was an accidental booking, because originally the booking was intended for "STERLING GURUVAYUR. My stay was OK, except for a dispute with the staff for an additional cost imposed on me for the extra bed. While booking it was specifically mentioned the number of persons 3 and a spacious room with 3 beds was selected and payment done online accordingly. Still i was asked to pay extra for the additional guest. I...

“The property is located conveniently near the east Nada. The rooms are dated but clean. The service quality is below par. The AC remote in our room wasn’t functional. Upon request they replaced one. We requested for water which they acknowledged but they never showed up. It is unlikely that we’ll return to this place, ”
