“Disgusting place. Checked in and immediately checked out. Staff were rude. Refused to refund.”

“Found 1 dead roach under the table, 1 trying to escape the tub. The pool was closed and looked terrible. Funny smell in the halls. The. Jacuzzi look like it had cigarette burns on it and not well maintained. The AC struggled and the room. Was fairly warm. The front staff seemed nice enough. The public restroom had a dead roach in the middle of the floor. The urinal was leaking. Gives me the impression there's no maintenance to the buildings.”

“Estuve unos días ahí y no les recomiendo tomarlo, hay cucarachas en todo los lados, el baño no estaba limpio, nunca le hicieron aseo al cuarto mientras estuve ahí. El servicio al cliente es despectivo. No lo tomen nunca”

“The room smelled of smoke and cleanliness was an issue. The worst is a large bug crawled out from under the bed. I left at 3 in the morning because I was so uncomfortable in the room. You have a lot of work to do to clean up this facility. ”
