“Wonderful location! Very close to Pimlico or Victoria station. The structure itself is not bad. The breakfast was a little basic but not bad. Once we arrived we were given a smokers room as non-smokers and the receptionist Cris was very helpful and diligent in solving that problem. No major complains. Would stay here again. ”

“Classico palazzo vittoriano, reception h24, personale gentile e molto disponibile, stanze molto piccole ed essenziali, bagno nuovo ed adeguato, letto comodo con vari cuscini. Non vengono cambiate le lenzuola ma solo sistemato il letto. Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno. Pulizie non effettuate ogni giorno. Prese elettriche lontane dal letto.
