“4 of us stayed for a friends birthday - went for an afternoon tea at Burnham Beeches hotel which was lovely. Then returned to accommodation for an evening in. The property was really really lovely. Host was great, property was great, location great and overall lovely stay.”

“The property was clean, everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was available. The hostess is amazing! 1 in a million. She was available at the end of a phone. She decorated the front room with a happy birthday banner and balloons and made me feel very special. Amaz”

“Beautiful place to stay.”

“We are very happy to stay in this property and This is 2nd time we are time we are staying here. This property is very clean and it has everything we require. The host is very helpful He even helped me to take my luggage upstairs.I recommend this place to everyone. Its like a home. ”

“There was an infestation of sewer flies in the downstairs of the property, perhaps due to a food recycling bin. Tiles in the bathroom had moldy grout. The walls were grimy. We have photos. Altogether, it had a dirty feel which is not what one expects for the premium price.”
