“A good family friendly hotel for the right price. Our room definitely needed renovation...AC unit leaking on the carpet causing the room.to smell bad. The furniture was rather beat up and out of date. With that said, the room was ok for the price. It wasn't dirty. We had the amenities we needed. The staff and manager (Mo) could not have been any nicer. We'll be in the area about the same time next year and hope they will have done some renovation by then.”

“It was adequate for our needs for a one night stay. I was impressed there was a refrigerator & microwave in room. Breakfast was not included. Easy to find. Near the interstate, but quiet. Restaurants near by.”

“We stayed here for the pool but it was closed for maintenance most of the time we were there. The maintenance guy was very nice and made a big effort to fix the problem with the pool. Front desk staff was nonchalant and very unhelpful about the broken coffee maker but the cleaners tried to help us out. We had to go buy our own coffee maker though. Breakfast buffet was awesome, as were the catering staff.”

“This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

“The staff accommodated any request we had. They had a restaurant on site. We showed up just before closing with a large group. Chef D stayed open to accommodate us and the food was excellent.”

Dovevamo partire alle 6 di mattina e la reception era chiusa così abbiamo dovuto telefonare e perdere mezz'ora sul nostro itinerario. Per il resto motel molto bello, camera pulita spaziosa. ”

“Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna”
