I pro: Location, room
Stayed for 3 nights in Chicago. Hotel is well situated in the city not too far the main city attractions such as the Sears tower and magnificent mile The hotel is very nice inside and the staff are very friendly. Nice little touches at the hotel such as complimentary drinks for an hour and we received a complimentary upgrade to a king suite & a bottle of sparkling wine as we were celebrating our honeymoon.

Great location

Data di pubblicazione: 12-ago-2015
I pro: Very clean and pretty. The location is excellent if you are headed to a Theatre or Millennium Park.
Great location but the rooms were quite tight for two people. I would definitely recommend the Hotel based on everything else. Maybe I just travel with too much stuff.

Great hotel close to great restaurants

Data di pubblicazione: 27-lug-2015
I pro: I like it being convenient to what I was doing for the weekend and the upscale decor.
I contro: Nothing. The hotel and staff were great.
Posizione: There are many great restaurants close by. Also, State St, Michigan Ave., and Millennium Park are all within walking distance.
I was seeing a musical at the Palace Theater, and the hotel was right next door. Besides it being convenient, there are also some great restaurants close by along with great shopping. My only criticism would be the room size. I reserved a deluxe room that was nicely appointed but the room, the closet, and the bathroom were quite small.

One bad night

Data di pubblicazione: 25-lug-2015
It's probably not fair to judge a hotel on one bad night, but . . . . For about one and half hours as I tried to get to sleep to catch an early morning flight the next morning, a couple of dogs in an adjacent room yipped and yapped incessantly. When I called the front desk about the situation, I was told they were trying to locate the guests and address the situation. About an hour later, the barking stopped. But then, the neighboring room started a party at about 12:30 a.m. The lesson? Rooms here have very little sound insulation. And the staff was not very responsive to the noise problems. One the other hand, the staff was generally nice and helpful with questions. The lobby and bar were well done and fun. The room was small, but well designed and comfortable. But that one night . . . .
