Comfy bed -- very.comfy. We were able to fall asleep quickly without worrying about aches and pains of the day bothering us. Not too much in room and not too little either -- just what you need. By that I mean: decent-sized room and bathroom with a bed, a closet, an AC with a window bed above it, a table (with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave on it), a shower/bath, a sink with good counter space, a toilet, etc... Nice staff. They are cool people. Wi-fi is free, and it is pretty fast. It's not as fast as I'm used to, but you don't have to wait too long for your pages and such to load. Breakfast is free, but it's very good. I mean, two words: pancake printer -- sounds weird, but it is awesome. The pancakes are consistent and fluffy. Aside from that, there are also things like bagels, muffins, juice, coffee, etc... You can hear loud neighbors slamming doors and moving stuff from time to time, but that's them, not the hotel. The rooms help block most of the noise you would otherwise hear. Also, the streets weren't noisy. It was rather peaceful actually. (Not hotel related) Roads in this area can be confusing, but you'll get lost enough to figure out all the ways to get to each place; however, the staff and people of this area are more than happy to give you directions. There are a lot of food places and stores and such in the area. You don't really have to drive very far for such things. The area seemed pretty safe to us. We never really felt any sense of danger in the area.

Contro: make sure the housing keep ladies do their job!
nice 2-star hotel, close to airport, quite location room size are standard, you get every basic thing you need, TV, refrige, coffee maker, free wifi which is actually pretty fast, air condition, etc. the only un-satisfactory issue is the house keeping does not work efficiently, I ask non-smoking room, but there are burning holes on my blanket and I can smell smoking from the pillows, doubt whether they have been changed at all after the previous guests left.

It's a filthy disgusting excuse for a hotel.

Data di pubblicazione: 24-apr-2016
When I checked I was immediately concerned because of the unmistakable smell of a skunk. I was pressed for time and hoped the smell would not be present in my room. I guessed wrong. When I saw the bed the bedspread had cigarette burns and stains. Then I saw a wad of pubic hair on the blanket and more cigarette burns. I packed and found another hotel.

Great Hotel!

Data di pubblicazione: 17-feb-2016
Pro: The staff was great! 5 stars on how sweet they were.
Contro: The location is a bit outdated, so many renovating the place up a bit. All in all, good for the price.
Disclaimer - THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL! Thus, you cannot expect the 5 Star amenities especially for the price. However, you can expect great customer service, a clean comfy room and the basic breakfast that most people are used to eating at home, regardless. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to my boyfriend and I. We got extra towels and toiletries whenever needed. The breakfast was very basic - includes cereal, milk, coffee, juices, bagels, toast, a cool pancake machine, oatmeal and muffins and pastries. Lots and lots of carbs, which is good for a day walking out in the city. The staff was extremely sweet in making sure we received everything we wanted for breakfast, even when we arrived 10mins prior to it having to be over. The wifi is pretty good - I paid $9 to make sure I had high speed for three days. There's lots to watch on TV and the rooms were clean and cozy. The bathroom was fairly big and the shower was also big. About 30 mins away from downtown, which isn't too bad and we had free parking which isn't something usual for Chicago hotels. All in all, I recommend this hotel.

OK for a cheap O'Hare stay

Data di pubblicazione: 16-feb-2016
Pro: Close enough to airport, cheap, clean.
Contro: Security, elevator needs looked at, beds are horrible.
Posizione: O'hare
Wife and I arrived on a Thursday evening. When I walked in there was a lady sleeping on the lobby furniture and a man standing at the counter who appeared spaced out. The employee behind the counter came up to the man and tried asking him a few times if he could help him. After not responding he realized the man was sleeping or unaware and asked him loudly "hello". He snapped out of it and walked to the bathroom without saying a word. At this point I normally would have turned around and found another hotel but I had a 5am flight so I checked into the hotel to get some sleep. Elevator sounded like it could fall apart at any moment. The room was clean but the bed was horrible. For the price I'm sure nobody is expecting 4 star accommodations but letting "sketchy" people hang out in the lobby was a bit off putting. If you just want to avoid sleeping in the car for the night its not a bad deal.

Would not stay again

Data di pubblicazione: 8-feb-2016 su Hotels
Mattress needed to be replaced as you roll into the middle of it. The shower needed repair as the hot was cold and the cold hot. The fan over the shower did not work. Made awful sounds. We were in a non-smoking room but as soon as you step in the hall, you can smell smoke. Smokers should not be on the same floor as non-smokers.
