Ostelli a Chico

“Maintenance of the rooms could use improvement. Staff was mildly helpful.”

“This motel has clean and comfortable rooms with a nice, friendly and professional staff. There is a self service breakfast bar near the check-in area. There is also a Denny's restaurant next to this motel for easy dinning. There is easy access to the 99E freeway that goes through Chico which provides quick and easy access to two mall areas, as well as a Walmart store 3-4 miles to the south.”

“The room was a little dated with some trim around the floors in the bathroom showing a lot of aging and the refrigerator making very loud noise when it turned on. The front desk clerk was amazingly helpful and even called the room about 30 minutes after I checked in to ask if the room was OK and if I needed anything extra. Breakfast was good and the new coffee setup where the machine grinds the beans for each cup is much better than the old coffee makers in the rooms.”

“I was so impressed with the staff, facilities and amenities at Feather Falls Lodge & Casino. The front desk personnel were top notch, super friendly and so helpful. I ended up needing to cancel one of my nights and they were amazing and happily refunded that night's stay! Unheard of!!! Loved the 24 hour deli option! Such affordable prices!”

“The room was very pleasant and met our needs for the night. Parking was plentiful and I enjoyed the morning breakfast. I will stay at this location again.”

“Coffee maker didn't work Bathroom fan didn't work Air conditioner wasn't working very well on an extremely warm night”

“We requested a handicap access room. However none of these room have walk in showers. They only have tubs. The tubs should be removed at least for a proper ADA compliant type room.”
