“Issues included no AC, surprise flights of stairs, and the host's inability (unwillingness?) to provide solutions to problems. Our primary issue was with the lack of AC. "Heating" is listed as an amenity, which is true, but my outlandish assumption was a property marketed as a "suite" would have comfortable temperatures. “Rooms would be good but the AC on the 2-4th floors was out. They did provide a fan and window could open but it wasn’t as restful. Then the next day our room key just stopped working. We had to go and have the them reissue us a key to get back into our room. At checkout we were given someone else’s receipt. All in all it could’ve been a fine place to stay but the maintenance and the chaos with staff made one thing after another that I wouldn’t stay there again.”
