“Perfect hotel for a reasonable price”

“The breakfast was good but needed more of a selection. It would have been nicer to eat in piece without cats surrounding you while you’re trying to eat. The rooms are outdated. The pool is too close to the outside dining area, need a more private area for a pool.”

“This property is beautiful but it is old. The rooms are nice but dated and the bathrooms were pretty dirty. The mirrors were chipped and everything looked like it just hadn't been cleaned. The iron was so dirty it leaked black mystery stuff all over my dress one evening. The wait for room service can be 45- 90 minute wait. One evening they got the room number wrong and we waited 3hrs for food. They don't change your sheets when they clean the rooms they just remake the bed even if the sheets...

“When we got off the plain it was an 1hr or so drive. The property was not noticeable once we were in the area we drove around another 45 minutes looking for the place when we finally arrived we could not enter someone finally let us in the property date where does the gated community then we waited another 3 hours to enter the property as the lady stated it was our fault no one was there for 3 hours once in the property it was not clean they had to send a cleaning crew the next morning all the...

“Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!”

“When I vacation I usual stay at a hotel or a resort but this time I decided to do something different and am more than glad that I did. Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here.
