“I stayed at this hotel twice in a week. After my first stay I asked for a room in a quieter location because it was too close to the (oisy) reception courtyard the first time. The very kind staff did their best to help me and fulfill my request during my second stay. “rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer.”

“The only upside of our stay at this hotel was the kind and helpful staff. Due to the setup of this hotel, I would not recommend it. There is a large atrium on the second floor with lots of couches. Many people sat and talked loudly at 10pm in this area that was right outside our room, and the voices echoed loudly since it’s a large atrium. “My stay. Here was absolutely wonderful. The staff the cleanliness. The Location to the Plaza Armas. I stayed in a superior room which has a large king bed TVs with Wi-Fi. Beautiful bathroom. I read of the reviews. Almost all of them were really good. But Summer, one stars because it is on a little alley. That has some bars that apparently there’s noisy at night. I didn’t worry about that on the review because I often put sleep music on and have a little speaker. I will absolutely stay here....

“The hotel is very well located but the rooms are extra small, the bathroom has been the smallest one I have ever seeing since visiting Paris some years ago. If you sit at the toilet and you lean your head a little, you will can hit the wall. I know it sounds funny but the rooms are very, extremely small. Staff was very nice but I didn’t liked the place at all. I personally preferred to pay the cancellation fee and select another hotel once I had to be back at Cusco, location is excellent. ”
