“I booked a Studio 1 King Bed. I was put in a 2 Queen Bed with Kitchenette. Bathroom is set up inefficiently. Towel storage is several steps from the shower. The toilet paper holder was lose and drooping. It felt cheaply furnished. Sofa was not comfortable.”

“Was a perfect location to stop at before getting into Reno and having to unload my truck the next day. People were friendly, and the location was very convenient for about everything.”

“Stayed two nights, great location, clean, well maintained property. Used guest laundry room, clean and nice. Be aware you need quarters and hotel does not provide them, or have coin machines.”

“Took a long time to make ice. Bed was a little squeaky, mattress in need of replacement. Otherwise, no complaints. Staff friendly and helpful, everything clean and well maintained. Plenty of convenient parking. Great location.”

“The office was hard to find at 10:30 at night, but once we found it, we were good. Breakfast was good for a make shift Breakfast area...they are remodeling the first building and had to move office and Breakfast.....the staff was very helpful when we needed somethings. We stayed 3 days and it was a good stay!”

“Very nice place to stay... I have no real time complaints. Only thing is they don't provide dishes or Kitchen amenities. So if you are planing on staying there and cooking. Bring your own dishes. ”

“New build property that is super clean. Staff is polite and helpful. Pool is indoors and gym well appointed with good equipment. Rooms are spacious and amazing amenities. Excellent, excellent place to stay!”

“front desk never answered the front phone, too many excuses was given. To make things worst, the t.v service was out for 2 days, no t.v at all. the breakfast was o.k.”

“We LOVE Lisa. She always makes sure we are so well taken care of when we stay here. The breakfast is also wonderful and that combined with the heated indoor pool are why my family loves this location more than staying at one of the hotels attached to a casino.”
