“Large spacious room with kitchen and living room space. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and for breakfast service. Large, excellent diverse breakfast buffet, including things like salmon and the option to have a personal omelette ordered. Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street.”

“I chose it because of the Salmon Benedict for breakfast: they were out of salmon… (never heard such a thing!). No real choice of breads for breakfast. The bread at the breakfast buffet was stale… I ended up asking for four sunny side up… they wanted to charge me a full breakfast for them, after my protest they cancelled the charge, i just left a tip for the nice waitress. THEY HAD NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE, they did not tell me, in spite of my messages,AND I HAD TO RENT A CAR!!!”

“Everything was great, simple and to the point, cleanliness was spot on, no silk spider webs or anything. The only thing I could complain on was the mattress and pillows supplied, pillows flatter than an board and the mattress was very firm, maybe a mattress topper to relieve the firmness, but that’s just me nitpicking, for the money of the room was great, definitely would stay again!!! Seems to be family owned everyone on staff very polite and accommodating.”
