“Need to clean up property and not scam customers ”

“No entiendo porque Expedía tiene este tipo de hoteles en su catálogo, Realmente fue una experiencia muy desagradable con las personas de origen india que tienen en el hotel rancho San Diego. Solo porque lo había pagado si no me hubiera retirado de inmediato, la limpieza, personal, No dieron desayuno sin ningún tipo de explicación ”

“Room was alright, about what you would expect for the price. Parking lot was sketchy. Whole neighborhood around it was too. Amenities were few, a towel and about it. ”

“Breakfast menu very limited. Staff was attentive. Room was clean. Hair dryer didn’t work, but management gave a spare dryer.”

“Booked for my partner who’s a traveling nurse that works many double shifts & it’s absolutely a Blessing. Lowkey location, great polite staff, clean room w/ microwave & mini fridge. If you’re looking to shower & get some sleep w/ free parking that’s budget friendly then this is perfect for you! ”

“There were cockroaches in the room, large ones. The room was very dirty outside of that, with stains on the sheets & counters”

“The room was very spacious for my family (5 people), and pool and breakfast were complimentary. A kitchen was available, but there was no pot or dish to use it. The refrigerator was large. The room was worn (especially the moquette) and the area outside was noisy and dirty.”

“Staff was very friendly; had a lighting problem in the bathroom but it was fixed within 1/2 hour; seemed to have a little ant problem; beds were clean and comfortable; breakfast was very good for being complimentary.”

“Es un lugar feo, hay mucha gente viviendo ahí, botes de basura llenos a reventar y bichos caminando en las habitaciones. Y ya no hay desayuno como el año pasado :'( Triste experiencia. :( ”

“The hotel was next to the 8 freeway. I was unable to sleep with the noise from the freeway. The bed was comfortable. Next time, I’m bringing my pillow from home. The free internet was really slow. Other than that, there was no parking fee and free continental breakfast. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. I would look for a hotel that is not next to a freeway. ”
