“Clean, modern, professional. Wonderful stay”

“This hotel is very nice. We had a king double room. Very large, well equipped and in good repair. Only slight mark down is for the construction (painting) that was going on. I would stay here again a without doubt. Great stop for two nights while watching a concert in Knoxville. Staff were excellent and friendly. ”

“Clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was too firm.....very hard to sleep on that mattress. But that seems to be a Hampton Inn trait......my last 3 stays at 3 separate places we're the the same”

“The facility is like lipstick on a pig. Floors were uneven, bathroom door did not close. Workout room was none existent, a treadmill, a few dumbbells. When the hotel was ranked excellent and cost $150 for a week night. Definitely not worth the stay.”

“They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

“There was no comforter on the bed only a sheet, no remote for the tv, dried boogers on the side of the bed, hair dryer was also melted.”

“I didn’t like the motel at all. The people Out side of the motel is terrible and the outside atmosphere is very bad. I just skipped to stay in this motel despite I hv a reservation. ”

“When I arrived into my room, I quickly called the front desk because there was a smoke smell all throughout the room and a strong mold smell in the bathroom. The guy working at the front didn’t apologize for it or the inconvenience or didn’t offer to switch me to another room. He just came up with a bottle of air freshener, sprayed and left. Also, breakfast should be replenished for the hours it is served- they ran out of a lot of basics.”
