“Pasamos unas vacaciones en familia muy agradables. Desde nuestra llegada el personal se portó excelente durante el proceso de checkin, reservaciones para cenas y atención general. El cuarto lo mantuvieron limpio y atendieron a todas nuestras peticiones. La comida fue muy variada y en su mayoría muy buena. “Not sure if it's because it's off season or they have a new tower it was not ask clean as it was in feb I had to ask for my room to be recleaned when I arrived and the service didn't compare to the last time . I'd call front desk and never get through . They care if you attend their vip breakfast and then you matter but it's the same breakfast you get included . I did it last time”

“We had a wonderful time at this resort! The rooms were big and very nice. This place is very kid friendly! The staff was amazing! Don’t have a single complaint about the service.
