“Hot tub was disgusting, scum floating and on edge of tub. Pool had sand in it and stairs going in were dirty. Previous reviews over the last 3 years have said the same thing. Hot tub was not hot. The shower in the room took a long a time to heat up and ran out of hot water fast. The grout in the tile surround was not clean. The room wasn’t as updated as the pictures suggest. “Room was clean and very impressed with the room. Room rate was great but definitely won’t be paying the July /August rates….very overpriced for that time. Couple complaints, fridge gurgled a lot and when furnace ran it was like a rocket taking off….very loud. Was quite surprised with the appliances based on the hotel being very new!!”
