“This is a lovely property, managed by a friendly and responsive host. I very much appreciated the high standard of cleanliness, especially with the linen which was impeccable. The property is close to the racecourse, to the Brewery Quarter and to the university. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Thank you Mo for your attentiveness. ”

“The owners are very polite and friendly, the place is good located to visit Bibury and Barton on the water, for a family maximum four people with sons maximum ten is ok, if you have two teenagers I think it could be too small. However we stayed very well, the kitchen is full furnished, and the house is recently renew. Enrico”

“A well appointed flat as stated. The building too is quite new and well kept.We loved being able to walk in to the centre of Oxford in around 35 mins (despite the weather) but did look at using Uber or Bolt, neither of which serve the area interestingly… at least when we visited.Nice place to stay. ”

“We originally booked a one bedroom flat from the owners, but had to switch to a studio due to some emergency renovations being done. “We loved our stay at this hotel we didn’t stay in the hall, we stayed in the Coach house which was a massive room and very clean.
We had dinner which was very tasty just could of done with more of it small portions.
We took our dog for a walk around the grounds in the morning and it’s stunning!
One tip if you have a big vehicle make sure you take the Jubilee drive entrance.

"This hotel was somewhat disappointing.
The location is exceptional, around the corner from everything you want to see.
The staff is very kind and accommodating and they definitely made our stay pleasant.
However the state of the hotel does not justify the price point.
Firstly, the pictures shown online are not representative of what you will likely end up getting; an old, small room which at times felt a bit unclean. They photographed one nice room and that’s all you will see online of this hotel.
The furniture is very old fashioned and needs to be replaced, the bed is small and with a hard mattress and very uncomfortable pillows. The room has multiple stains (even on the bed sheets) and a wallpaper that is peeling off.
The bathroom shower doors are crusty, water pressure very low, multiple rusty spots everywhere.
The building is pretty old, charming, however can get quite noisy in the room (though we did not particularly mind it).
Good heating system and we had plenty of coffees, teas, cookies, lots of free waters too. The room has a smart tv which is also a nice plus.
Unfortunately not worth the money and felt a bit scammed by the pictures online"

"Hotel in posizione centralissima. Parcheggio auto sotterraneo a pochi metri (ma conviene prenotare in anticipo quello dell'hotel: oltretutto stessa spesa per una sosta di una notte). Ovviamente struttura super. Un difetto? Nel bagno mancavano le ciabatte. Colazione a buffet normale; nulla di trascendentale a 5 stelle!"
