“The property itself was nice. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. It was quiet. The thing I didn’t like is there are no on-site staff. No front desk workers. The information from the hotel called it “invisible service.” Here’s an example. The we were unable to connect to the wi-fi. In the check-in information email, it said if there is trouble with the wi-fi, you should call their internet service provider, and they gave the company name and number. So, I called and the technician was asking...

“The Inn at Mattei's Tavern exceeded our expectations throughout our stay. The resort is beautiful, with great facilities and amenities. The rooms are large, comfortable, well-appointed with nice amenities. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at Mattei's Tavern and all of the meals were excellent. The diner experience was elevated with sophisticated food and was just excellent. Some of the best meals ever. We will be back.”
