“We only stayed one night. However, we were able to utilize many amenities. The evening drinks and dinner, breakfast and pool were all amazing. Our room was clean and beds extremely comfortable. We had a great stay.”

“An excellent choice if you have a car. Not far from Mempgis, TN. The hotel website says "deluxe continental breakfast" which was in fact poor and with a very limited choice of food and drinks. This needs improving a lot”

“Our room included a full refrigerator with freezer. The blackout curtains were a bonus good channel selection on the TV nice linens and a comfortable bed. The check in was quick and smooth. They hotel is very conveniently located ”

“Visiting Memphis and decided to stay outside the city given our budget and having heard mixed reviews of staying in the city of Memphis with some reviewers feeling unsafe…it did the job for a night so we could visit Memphis (~25 min away by car) but the hotel does not have a pool as advertised, the bathroom seemed old, and the deadbolt of our door has been broken off and the hotel had no more rooms so we had to sleep without the deadbolt. The breakfast in the morning was decent and the assistant...

“Had a lizard in the first room I was put in, front desk got mad when I asked for another room”

“The staff at check-in was not polite. The room was not cleaned. Old soap in the shower, left items from past guest under the furniture, the bed was memory foam, and the blankets were sheets.”

“Hotel is clean however service is poor. Air conditioner cannot change the direction of fan, you cannot sit in front the table as the fan is blowing to you. It is bad. Not good to stay.”

“Strengths: Everything was clean and comfortable. Opportunities: Add body wash in the shower instead of hand wash. Also, I don't feel like the $10/day parking fee is justified. Especially since it's an open parking lot, no security or garage parking.”
