Hotel vicino a Cinema City Northgate - Winnipeg

“We booked 5 days for spring break because of the water slide. The chlorine levels were so high that my kids got sick within 15-20 min of being in the pool; this happened every time they swam (8-9x) and would clear up within a couple of minutes of leaving the pool. They were coughing so hard they vomited. I reported this to the front desk multiple times; one woman told me that it was impossible that the levels were too high because they’re inspected constantly. “Our room was very old and grubby. Window was dirty, curtains were torn, carpet had large visible patches, walls had large visible patches, couch was missing a back cushion. Staff were friendly but I absolutely will not be staying here again. ”

“Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great! I booked for a relaxing pool and hot tub that weren't in service. No maintenance was being done i think they just did not want the evacuees using and having to clean it. That was my feeling bc when i looked into the pool area there was no visible issues and no person working on any "troubled problems"”
