“The most unique thing about this property was the robot staff. You could order a room service or a towel or extra shampoo or something, and a robot would bring it to your door. That was the first time I had seen that at a hotel. Otherwise, very clean hotel and rooms. Didn’t have a chance to use the amenities, but enjoyed the area surrounding the hotel a lot. Nice walk from the hotel property down to restaurants on the pond. Easy walk, safe environment. Even with a large World Cup watch party...
