Hotel vicino a Cinemark Cedar Hill - Dallas

“Stayed for a softball tournament. Arriving at the hotel it's small, but located right at the edge of town, so easy to get to and from. Lobby was super small but looked okay, and when we arrived about 20 other people were checking in, literally. The two gentlemen working the front desk handled it like pros, and got us through quick. “Just an overall bad stay. Horrible customer service. When I get to the hotel I get there and they gave my room to another person with the same last name. Not the same fist name same last name! Waited 2 hours to finally get my room. Then they charge me for the other person stay and mine. Since it was all under my card!!! When I go ask to speak to the manager they tell me he’s out of town for the next month. She tells me, Can’t do anything about it! Then she literally, says “next”!!! While I was...

“The hotel is pretty beat up. The room was old, the bathroom was stained, toilet and tub & it had an overall unclean feel. Staff was great! The room definitely seemed to be clean it was just old & had many amenities/areas that just showed so much use it made it all almost impossible to feel clean.”

“There is a full breakfast daily and fresh coffee available all day. A fitness center that opens early morning and is available until late night. The hospitality is great. I would definitely stay again.”

“Once you step in the atmosphere is so welcoming and bonus so is the staff. Checking in was such and easy process thanks to Lea :). Once we stepped into the room we noticed how clean the room was and how spacious it is for two people. They also offer such good breakfast options.”

“It needed a *little* upgrading - like the drain in our bathroom sink as a little bit clogged and the chrome part of the shower dial, 1/2 of it was rubbed off and not shiny like the rest and made it look a little old.. but again these are small cosmetic details that can be easily fixed. Also it would have been nice to have an in room coffee maker, so we brought our own - but other than this the stay was perfect! :-)”
