“The whole reason I chose this place was because of the pool and my kids and us staying there for a week. It was down. However, for maintenance the shower was terrible, there was hot water when you wanted cold cold water. When you wanted hot, it would randomly change, scald you 1 minute be freezing, the next, we couldn't get clean towels without attitude. “Parking was horrible when the guest that are paying for a room have to park across the road cause they over book party’s and other events. There was nothing for a family to do for the price we paid for two nights plus nothing for breakfast. Not even a cold bar for something. Can say our family will not be staying there again. ”

“We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls. ”

“Front desk staff were curt and good at ignoring you as you stood at the counter. Their explanation of the parking garage was confusing at best. Left note and tip for extra bath towels with housekeeping...got none. The people make it feel more like the big City coldness you would expect instead of the friendliness the plain states are known for.”
