“We had to switch rooms as the first one had an AC unit that was screeching, smelled musty, tub didnt drain well and shower was not strong. The next room was better with a newer AC and great shower head, but it smelled musty as well. Also, ran out of eggs Sunday morning at 8 a.m. ”

“Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Everything in the room in good working order. Decent breakfast selection. Hot food as well as cold. ”

“The bed and pillows were the worst I ever experienced in a Hilton ever. Hurt our back and neck every night we stayed there. We even left early on the last day. The female bartender argued with a customer telling him if he could do a better job to get behind the bar then. Her mixed drinks made me and my fiance sick the night we tried them.Other staff was great and hotel was very clean. Maintenance was very responsive and polite.”

“Breakfast was good. Parking was safe. Bed and shower were good. No sitting area in huge room. One desk chair, not comfortable ,no other seating area with plenty of empty space to fill. Several pieces of seating in lobby. I should have asked to pull a couple of those into room. Staff was real nice and courteous. ”

“Bed sheets had blood stains? Sofa was so nasty no one would have used it. The A/C did not work, No shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap. Only one package of old coffee for two people. Water pressure was awful. Lobby was terrible, looked like it was being used asa storage unit. Management under a Rhaul Patel. ”

“I had a very bad harassment situation by a person who has been harassing and part of a click who has been doing this to me. Avery long time and the property saw and recognized the issue and assisted me to be safe and secure and removed him and the others who were doing so. I am grateful”

“I didn’t enjoy the housekeeper coming in I’d had only been there 12 hours”

“Room was clean. Toilet seat was VERY loose on both sides - why did cleaning staff not report this for maintenance. Microwave turntable had wheel broke off so turntable would not turn while cooking. Asked help from housekeeping staff to find my room, they could not speak English but apparently understand it so they escorted me to my room.”

“I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.”
