“Great hotel close to iad airport”

“Hotel over booked, causing us to change rooms. They also locked us out a day early because they got the date wrong.”

“We got an un-requested wake up call at 7am and I heard them calling each room next to us as well. Not sure why, I feel like normally that should only be on request only. Being startled awake at 7 am was not fun after a full day of travel.”

“I rented 2 rooms, 1 for my mother and 1 for me. We felt so unsafe due to their clientele that we stayed in the same room. They also allow smokers to gather right outside the front door entrance and smoke. There are no amenities. Very bare bones. If you are planning on an extended stay there are no plates/ glasses/ cookware which I thought was the purpose of a property like that. I will never stay there again. Do not recommend.”

“The staff is incredibly friendly and the area is nice and clean. However, our first morning, housekeeping woke us up at 8 in the morning and tried to come in to clean the room at that time. After that, we decided to leave the do not disturb sign on our door at all times. Despite this, a different staff member came a different morning, and came into the room saying that we had said we had issues with the TV. At no point did we have issues with the tv nor did we express this. I felt like I had to...
