“It was a place to rest my head, but not very inviting or comfortable. No comfortable chair to sit in except the desk chair, which leaned back so far I thought I would fall over. There were black ants all over the night stand. Saw two when I sat down. The next morning there were like 40 of them all over and in my glass of tea.😳”

“Tv didn’t work.. staff couldn’t even fix it ”

“Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning.”

“There was NO coffeemaker. Cabinets seem to be falling apart. Some of the pillows were ripped. Whatever floor cleaner they used was sticky. Had to pay extra to stream movies from my own device and a service I pay for? The property seemed a little sketchy.”

“The gym did not have enough equipment. The room was average, and very humid it was very uncomfortable as far as the humidity. The room was very hard to cool off. The remote had residue on it and needs to be cleaned. Just overall a not so good experience. ”

“Pool was closed. The only reason we chose this hotel.”

“Asked for a 5am wake up call when we checked in, never received any calls. Luckily we woke up on time or my husband would have missed his very important medial visits early in the morning. Those medical visits were the only reason we were in Kansas city and stayed at your hotel. Makes me very reluctant to stay there for our next visit in 6 months.”

“When I went to my room, the key didn’t work, after multiple tries. Went back to the office, they treated me like I was incompetent. The gave me a different room. As I was walking away, he told me of a trick to get the door open. There shouldn’t be a trick to get in my room!! Then the pipes under the sink leaked. I had a flood on the floor. I just left it alone, I didn’t want to switch rooms again. They stated in the app that they served breakfast, they did not. I will not stay in another Motel...

“Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Didn't feel safe. Uber driver that dropped me off and picked me up (separate drivers) both said the hotel had a bad reputation in the area”
