However the wooden area under the sink wasn't secure and it fell on my daughter leg, I notified the receptionist they stated they wasn't maintenance and the manager wasn't in, my key car wouldn't work the second night of my stay I had to get another one, if I'm ever in Cincinnati again I'll never go there”

“Staff rude beyond comprehension. Dark dank and old. Poor lighting. Janky door to outside balcony insulated by loose fiberglass facing a dingy untamed grove. ”

“It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not.”

“Staff was friendly! Breakfast was decent and fresh. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Crumbs on carpet and there was hair on the bathroom floor and toilet. Overall we would visit again. ”

“Anytime I’m in Cincinnati visiting my son at college I stay here. The staff is so accommodating like the best I’ve ever seen. They have secure parking in a garage that you can park your car even before your room is ready and if they have availability, late checkout of noon. which is really nice.”

“Nice place. A little challenging to find the driveway, but right off the highway, restaurants nearby, and a neighborhood for a morning run. The room was clean and comfortable. The evening front desk attendant was super helpful, as was the morning breakfast attendant. Highly recommend!”
