“I just have to say ALL of the staff were amazing they were smiling and very attentive. The young lady that serves breakfast goes above and beyond that was something I have never experienced and it felt really good. My only downside was the bed was very very hard and the pool was too cold. ”

“Property welcome pets , that barked all Night. Pets should NOT be allowed in the dining room. It’s not sanitary. ”

“Do not stay here. The check in is ridiculous. The place is locked and there is no one around to help. It is all handled by phone. The person on the phone does not speak English well and we could not understand her. When finally checking in, (by phone) it asked too many questions and gets personal. We cancelled the reservation. She told us no problem, just call Expedia and they would refund the money. We were denied. Avoid the headache and stay somewhere else. ”

“Nice staff”

“It was very nice having happy hour and complimentary dinner. We asked to have a room near the laundry and they didn't hesitate to make that happen. Unfortunately we were unable to use the laundry, because the machines were very dirty inside. That room needs some attention. Other than that, all of the staff were very nice, helpful. Breakfast was also another plus. Overall our stay was good. We would return again. ”
