“The place was dingy. We had no hot water in one room, and in the other room, the shower didn't work. Breakfast was ok, coffee was good, pool had a health code sign that said unsatisfactory. The staff heard us and made adjustments but new problems were created. We did have clean sheets and bedding and it was quiet.”

“We are a couple in holiday and we were there 3 more times, in previous years. The hotel is no more comfortable. 8 days there, never cleaned our room, never sheets change and towels as well!. The breakfast was terrible. No yogurt, no eggs, no bacon, no waffle, no jelly, no fruit, no fruit juice. only coffee and cereals!. Some of the staff were very rude, expecially those present at breakfast. Our door was opened during the night, while we were sleeping. Next morning, We asked to check by cameras...

For example, the rooms don't have numbers, they have names. Inside each room you will find photos of famous people with that name.
