“Pros:very clean (except stains on the hallway carpets), spacious rooms, good breakfast, courteous staff, quiet, nice pool area Cons: situated on a busy thoughfare so alot of traffic noise if you're in a street facing room, only one elevator for the entire hotel, limited seating area for breakfast, limited parking”

“Its a good hotel located in downtown calagry. my only reservation was they had no microwave in the room. I had to come down to the reception area to use a microwave”

“The guy at the front desk was very rude and unaccomodating. My confirmation for the reservation didn't say anything about needing a credit card it just said to bring that card you used for the reservation which was my debit Mastercard. He refused to check us in or let us give a cash deposit and just turned us away. I asked to speak to a manager and he would not even get anyone. Do not recommend this place at all.”

“Room was excellent. Lots of room. Also lots of spa es around hotel to sit and visit.”

“Very dated hotel. Carpets need replacement and hallway walls need new painting. Plus there is no way to lock bathroom door. Would not recommend.”

“After check inn we noticed that there is no access of elevator to the 1st level from the 3rd. Where the reception is Then rooms were not clean We asked the staff then they changed the room But same thing was there tables were not clean Something was spilled on the table Lamps and tv was full of dust There was not any cattle not any fridge And even the toothbrush and paste was not there as all the hotels provide But staff was littlebit helpful They helped me to pick my luggage in the stairs...
