“No rooms available but I was charged for a room when booking. Left stranded at 8pm by the door to go find another room. When asked for a refund, I was told to sort that out myself as well.”

“I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. ”

“Zu Ealing Broadway station muss man nur 9 Minuten laufen. Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt’s in der Nähe. Ich bin für ein Konzert in Wembley hier geblieben, konnte mit dem Bus dann zum Hotel zurückfahren. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich dreckig, bringt aufjedenfall Handtücher mit!!! Und auch eine Internationale Steckdose, da Deutsche Ladekabel nicht reinpassen in diesem Hotel! Die Küche habe ich nicht benutzt, da sie auch ziemlich dreckig war. Ich war hier nur zum schlafen. Die Staff war sehr nett und...

“The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless.”

“Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park.”
