“Everything was good clean and staff was nice ”

“Breakfast was good. Day 1 had pork sausage, Day 2 chicken sausage, nice options, eggs, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, even had soy milk! Close to shopping. ”

We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work. “I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. ”

“Overall great place, great location particularly if you visit Newport on the Levee. Only detail we didn’t care for was how thin the walls seemed. We could hear our neighbor’s TV late into the night and early in the morning. Aside from that, it was great. ”

“The room was spacious and clean. The art gallery and lounge areas were nice and welcoming. Not a lot of noise on the floors. The only draw back is the lot. There are lots of cement pillars in the garage, with narrow parking so you have to be very careful pulling in and out. ”
